Finding unrelated methods in a C ++ application

We have a large C / C ++ source tree that has been around the block several times. We expect that there are a significant number of methods that are no longer used. Is there a tool that can help us quickly identify unused code?

At work, we use AQTime for any profiling needs. It comes with a static analysis tool, which should be what you need. However, if you do not need other profilers or are running on a platform or compiler that is not supported by AQTime, this is at least redundant, at least in size.
