How to update relationships in a dataset?

I work in VisualStudio 2005. I already have a dataset with sevral data. I had to modify the database to add a new foreign key that I forgot about. How to get a visual studio to recognize new relationships?

.Net does not automatically load FK relationships into your DataSet - however, you can add them yourself using DataRelation *.

* this may not be true if you use LINQ - if so, I'm not sure.

Right-click on the DataSet page and select Add-> Relation?
