LOAD SQL Table from a flat file

Question

I am trying to load an SQL table from a flat file. The flat one I'm talking about is a comma separated file. This has all the data needed to populate the table, each column is separated by a comma ",". I need a way that I can load this content into a spreadsheet faster.
