What is your little web development?

I work in a small website development company (from 2 to 3 developers in total) that work on a wide range of projects for different clients (from CMS to e-commerce sites).

Usually we work on our own projects, but sometimes we need to work together on them. We use subversion as our source code management software, and sites are developed in .NET using VS 2008 and SQL 2005.

After reading a lot of reports about unit testing and other coding methods at the enterprise level, I was wondering what other developers do for small projects that require minimal maintenance and have short development times?

I mean, in particular, things like unit testing, etc.

Unit testing does not matter. If you write code, you are unit test. I work a lot too. I'm still checking. I do not know how I ever wrote the code before this.
