Can Greasemonkey change the display title

Question

I want to change the title displayed on the page based on the information that I pick up on the page (for example, to show the number of messages in the mailbox)

document.getElementsByTagName('title')[0].innerHTML="foo"; modifies the title tag, but firefox does not update the display title (in the window and tags) when this happens.

Is it possible?

Try using this instead:

document.title = "MyTitle";
