Application for changing Ldap password for JIRA / SVN server

I am creating a server offering JIRA and SVN. I believe that I will use LDAP to simplify identity management.

So, before I write one ... is there a good application out there that allows users to change their ldap password? I want something that allows the user to authenticate with ldap and update their password. A form with a username, old password, new password and verification will be enough.

I can write my own, but it seems silly to do this if there is a good application that handles this ....
