Affordable database modeling tool

Could you guys recommend some affordable SQL modeling tool that supports SQL Server, PostgreSQL and MySQL? I study up to $ 300 for a license series. One tool per answer, please!

I tried Dezign from Datanamic, which the site recommended for an individual user. It was fairly easy to use and has many features. It supports approximately 20 different databases to varying degrees.

Sybase PowerDesigner is the best and most versatile database tool I have ever seen, but I can’t get pricing information because "Your country is not currently supported for online shopping."

It supports over 50 databases, including MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL, and more. I'm not sure about PostgreSQL, but it should be supported.
