Right-click text capture on the contents of an Outlook message

I would like to know if it is possible to capture text when the user right-clicks an Outlook message and then adds items to the context menu depending on the type of text.

This is an example of what I would like to do. If there is a message (mail item) with the following content: "Hello, please call me on 555-8474 regarding item A1234" and the user will right-click on the number "8", the pop-up context menu will have an additional one at the bottom called β€œCall 555-8474,” and the β€œPhoneCall” swap will start if it is selected. If the user right-clicks anywhere in the β€œA1234”, another item will be displayed (ie, β€œLook up A1234”).

We are running Outlook 2003, and if possible, I would like to know if this can be done using VBA. I am open to other ideas. Thank!
