Determining Minimum Row Height in Reporting Services 2005

Question

I want to indicate the height of a small row in a Reporting Services report about 3pt. Although the report looks normal in the previewer, after deployment, the line height is reset to the standard line height.

I adjusted the settings for "CanGrow" and "CanShrink", as well as indentation, lineHeight, font size, etc.

I found that one way to fix this is to put one underscore in each column of the row.
