Should I use Wap for a cellular web page?

Is it worth developing a WAP web page for cellular, as the cell now has a browser that is really better than before?

Honestly, no. I wrote WAP pages (this is painful), I have never seen anyone use a WAP browser, and for 4.25 people in the world who are, there are WAP gateways .
