Execution reports

I'm not talking about how you are in college, but rather about developing progress reports for developers.

My thoughts in organizing the development team are encouraging and, to some extent, require regular updates of progress, the developers would report on what they have been doing in the last hour or several hours, and how long the tasks have been completed. Below I have listed a few pros that come to my mind

  • Let me go back and see if I could make a mistake and allow myself a starting point when working on a solution to the problem that I created.
  • Gives teams a good idea of whether they were in the project and regular updates.
  • For future projects, the opportunity to come back and see how long a specific task has been carried out and create an accurate assessment.
  • Encouraging more communication between the team.

What I would not want to see is a way to push developers back, and I think it could easily become a distraction if everyone felt that he was constantly updating updates every hour.

  • What do you think?
  • Advantages and disadvantages.
  • Have you ever experienced it first hand? How did you feel?

I found that in addition to the beginning of the week with a joyful list of achievements, he also invigorates to think about what awaits in the future and what amazing projects / achievements await.

We develop logistics outside the meeting. Schedules, priorities are processed on an individual basis.

Such meetings actually got small things like Finisht.com and Twenis.com . It was very cool, and the team I work with may be so worried about coding that I sometimes can't believe it.
