Our development team works with Borland C ++ Builder 6 and CodeGear C ++ Builder 2007 (as well as Visual Studio). I hear a lot of comments about the fact that the Builder 2007 development environment crashes much more than BCB6. Does anyone have experience developing a C ++ Builder 2009 development environment, especially with a decent size application, and if so, how does this compare to 6 or 2007 in terms of overall reliability?
My experience with BCB2009 so far has been mostly positive. The IDE seems stable, while installations, etc. much faster.
