Has anyone already done the work of creating STLPort with VS2008 and / or building x64 with VS2005?

Currently, it seems that VS2008 is still not supported in either version 5.1.5 or the STLPort CVS repository. If someone has already done this work, then it would be useful to share, if possible :)

It would also be useful to know about the changes needed to build VS2005 or 2008 x64.
