Windows Server 2008 SSTP VPN in a non-domain environment?

Can I configure a standalone Windows Server 2008 as an SSTP VPN (Secure Socket Layer VPN Tunneling Protocol)?

I would like remote users to be able to access the network via SSL-based VPN (currently using PPTP) by connecting the SSTP VPN connection through the Win2k8 server. Most documents seem to include working in an AD domain with an internal certificate authority to enable this feature.

Is it possible to do this with a standalone Win2k8 server? If so, how?
