CMS that is not a portal system

this answer to the question did not answer correctly - sorry.

We are looking for a low-cost CMS with source code in which we can break the portal system. There are notorious examples of something similar that are too expensive: Methode , Broadvision , Microsoft CMS .

There are many systems in which part of the portal is too closely related to the backend for this. Mostly Joomla , Drupal , phpNuke , dotNetNuke , Umbraco are all examples of what we don't want.

We need a back-office system that can store heterogeneous information with versions, workflow, etc. This information should be statically available for publication (for files, xml, etc.). We would also like to have a set of APIs for accessing information in the user interface.

We will use this system on a large number of websites. The platform is not important, as we develop sites on several stacks.

Thank you in advance

A friend of my work swears SilverStripe - basically this is the application framework program to which the CMS is attached. Great flexibility, but you get free CMS functionality.

I think you will find that Alfresco does the work for you. As already mentioned, this is an open source Java content management system. Being disabled, you can create any website that you prefer.
