VisualStudio using BootCamp / VMWare on OS X

Just bought a 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo iMac with 2 GB of RAM and a 320 GB hard drive. I plan to do some .net development on it using the BootCamp / VMWare compilation, since VMWare provides access to the bootcamp section.

What is the recommended size for the BootCamp partition and how much memory should I provide VMWare? Any pitfalls to watch out for? What is your current configuration?

I am using VMWare Fusion 2.0 on my MacBook Pro, and I would have no other way.

Personally, I would say that do not bother trying to give a VM more than 2Gb RAM (I had mixed results giving more than 1, but your mileage may vary, and my experience is related to VMware Fusion 1). Of course, I would repeat the comments above about what does not go with Bootcamp.
