Yes of course. You can change the license for anything you want.

Go to your admin page, then edit the registration in the menu, view the public information, and then edit the categorization of Trove. Then you need to delete the new category. Easy (if a little links are happy).

This applies if you are a project administrator, regardless of how many of you are or who contributed.

AFAIK, you can do this if you are the only source of source code, regardless of whether you are the original author or lead developer.
