I am sure there were several, but the one I was thinking about would display a good text screen when you completely crashed the computer.

The text was "Ok, eat me a keeper."

No one answered this, so I will answer the part I can: the original Macintosh debugger was MacsBug .

As long as the quote with kips is coming up, the only thing that comes to mind is Pathogen, a computer virus.
