What is the best way to store and search email addresses using sql server database and .NET platform?

I am looking for a generic template that will store and access global addresses in a database. Components or other technologies may be used. The following criteria must be approved ...

• Each address line is stored for each country.
• Postal codes are checked with regular expression before saving
• The country of the original is stored in its own field. When data is displayed, [address is formatted] ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Postal_address ) in the style of this country
• When data is entered using a form, the label fields are as clear as possible, therefore the labels are not dynamic in the country of origin.
• Addresses occupy the smallest possible space

I am referring you to my blog post - A lesson in the address repository for reasons why you should not store addresses in a format currently accepted and should be normalized correctly! Do not be lazy with address storage, it will cause you nothing but headaches in the future!
