Server performance metrics for LAMP

Any suggestions on tools for monitoring page load time / errors and other performance metrics for a PHP application?

I know the FireBug and YSlow tools, but this is more for server monitoring.

There is a classic program 'ab' (apachebench). More energy comes from JMmeter . For server health, I recommend Munin, which can easily capture data from multiple systems and combine them on one page.
