An easy way to create a form for emailing to SharePoint without using infopat

Does anyone know a good way to do this? I need to have simple forms that are sent to email without writing a lot of code. These forms will be hosted on web parts of the website or similar in MOSS 2007. I would like to avoid using InfoPath.

You can use a list that will give you an input form.

It depends on: a) whether people should see each other in the materials and b) who should send e-mail.

You can set a warning (Actions → Alert Me) to send an email to a person / people when a new item is added to the list.

Select the site’s actions, the “Edit” page and the “Editing tool” tab, select “Text format”, “HTML Markup” edit the HTML source and paste your HTML form that you created in a text editor into the original window and select “OK” and save .
