Switching editors in Eclipse using the keyboard, not switching Design / Source

In Eclipse, I can switch between open editors using the up / down control page. This works great except for editors like XML or JavaScript that have Design and Source tabs. For these editors, it simply switches between different tabs. Is there a way to make Eclipse ignore them? I know about alt-F6 for "Next Editor", but it doesn't use the same order in which the editor tabs are displayed, so it gets confused.

You are right - it seems that Eclipse recognized its bug . It is fixed at 3.5.

At first I thought that alt-left and alt-right could do what you want, but this is more to go back and forth in the history of the tabs you were viewing. Which could get what you want, but probably just as confusing as alt-F6.

I think this is more like an error in Eclipse, it might be worth going to eclipse.org to see if there is a pre-existing error for this.
