For programmers working in the corporate environment and outside the start-up world, there is a wide range of non-technical people who are important stakeholders in the development process. These include, for example, other functions within the company, such as marketing, finance and legal services, as well as clients and other persons outside the company.
The point of this question is not the โcare and nourishmentโ of these groups, but simply about what tools were found to facilitate cooperation and the necessary interaction? I am thinking about IM lines against wikis, as well as traditional email lists or the corporate sharepoint portal, but I wonder what others have found to work.
