I am starting a new job on Monday. The company has an adult case management application written in ASP.NET/VB.NET. They are trying to implement the Agile development process. They got to the point of getting two Scrum Master certified people and hired an Agile trainer. They are currently focused on refactoring for 6–9 months.
My question is, what good approaches / tools give this environment to become familiar with the code base and be productive as soon as I hit the ground? Any suggestion?
