Image library that will automatically crop

Question

I am looking for a .Net library that will take an image or file name and aspect ratio and crop the image to this format. This is the easy part: I could do it myself. But I also want him to show little intelligence in choosing that the content is cropped, even if he just chooses which edge to cut.

This is for a personal project, and the pain is not high enough to justify the cost of it, but if you can recommend a tool for payment, continue. Perhaps someone will find a useful suggestion.

It depends on what image you speak. If you are talking about single-bit images of a document (for example, faxes or scanning), we can do this.

If you are talking about photographs, our product does not do this, but you can search for carvings in the face. I wrote this application
