Targeting with VS 2008 After Installing .NET 3.5 Service Pack 1

How to configure only .NET 3.5 after installing Service Pack 1 (SP1) in VS2008? This is because in VS 2008 only .NET 3.5, .NET 3.0 and .NET 2.0 are listed, and .NET 3.5 SP1 is not specifically displayed.
