How to upgrade TFS 2005 to TFS 2008?

What is the best way to upgrade TFS 2005 to 2008? Also, as regards Team Build scripts (“Build Types”), are those compatible with Team Build 2008 or do they need to be converted / migrated in some way?

First of all - back up everything! Databases, the machine itself ... You can never be too careful.

I was able to update the TFS installation in my company using these resources:

This is not so difficult and can actually be done in a couple of hours, with better luck.
