Search for all messages with the given PR_SEARCH_KEY

Question

I need queryan Exchange server to find all messages that have a specific value in PR_SEARCH_KEY. Do I have to open every mailbox and go through it, or is there a faster solution?

Edit: This is for a program that needs to add something to the subject line of all copies of the message I received through the journal mailbox.
