How to get your network support to click once?

I'm trying to do this for clickthrough development and smart clients, but my network support team wants to support web development for everything.

What is the best way to convince them that click-one and smart client development take place in the business?

We use ClickOnce, where I work; from the point of view of comparison with the web release, I would start a business around the need to provide users with a rich client application, otherwise it may well be better to use web applications.

@GateKiller

when I talk about scaling, I talked about the cost of buying more servers, not clients.

most workstations in an organization hardly use 50% of their computing power all day. If I used click after deploying the application, I would use the grunt of existing workstations, so I had no additional organization costs.
