This question arises on the fifth question asked here .

Email from our web server comes from an IP address that is different from the IP address of the Exchange server. Is this normal if the SPF and domain keys are configured correctly?

Short answer: Yes

That should be perfect. However, some spam filters will do a reverse lookup on the outgoing IP address and see if it is assigned the domain name that the email claims to be, and some may check if the IP is actually the actual MX for the domain.
