I have a web application that generates a medium-sized XML dataset that will be consumed by a third party.
I thought it would be nice to provide some kind of schema document for XML that I am creating, so I pasted XML into Visual Studio and got it for creating XSD.
It is annoying that my XML does not validate the XSD that was generated!
Are you better off rolling your own XSD?
What about different schema documents like DTD, Relax NG or Schematron?
The key is that I would like to be able to validate my document using C #.
What are your XML validation strategies?
