There are many Agile software development . Which of them did you use in practice to implement a successful project and how did the method contribute to this success?

I was involved in quite a few organizations that claimed that they worked in a “flexible” way, and their processing was usually the basis for XP (extreme programming), but none of them had ever followed anywhere near all practices.
