When I try to create a new Angular Cli project :
receive this message (in the Run window ) a few seconds after the command is executed ng new angularcli --dir=.using the IDE:

Similarly on Mac:
It seems that this applies to this part of the team: --dir=.. But I do not know why and how to fix it!
(I know that I can create a new project through the command line independently, and then open it in WebStorm, but I don't want this for some reason.)
