Using frames in bootstrap?

I am starting to develop an application using bootstrap, some research on how to have a static left navigation bar and a dynamic content area on the right side, but could not understand. Can anyone advise how to change only the content area (separate html page) every time you click a link and have a static navigation bar and title. Something like a frame tag available in HTML.

Basically, I would not want the navigation bar code to be added on all html-pages of the application.

thank
