Is there a way to initiate “track changes” through VBA in Excel?

I want VBA to start / stop the Change Tracking features in Excel.

Search through the network I saw a property called an TrackRevisionsobject ActiveDocument. Supposedly, the ActiveDocument.TrackRevisions = True"Change Tracking" should be included in the MS Word letter .

But in MS Excel, this line gives a 424 Object requiredruntime error. The same error is returned when trying with ThisWorkbook. The change ActiveSheetresults in an error 438 Object doesn't support this property or method.
