AWS EC2 Instance Cannot Connect to bitbucket.org

EC2 Details: OS: Ubuntu 16.04 Git client: git version 2.7.4

Problem:

From an AWS instance, I cannot connect to bitbucket.org repositories. I tried ping on bitbucket.org, but I did not get an answer. I exit the bit bucket repository via an ssh clone. Outgoing traffic is of the "All traffic" type.

We face the same problem from the Frankfurt area to EU AWS. However, it works well from the EU AWIS zone. Therefore, it seems that this is typical for the Frankfurt region.
