How to ensure the keyboard has a negative key for entering HTML numbers on mobile devices?

I am developing a mobile application that requires entering negative numbers. However, the mobile keyboard has only the keys [1-9.]. Is there any way to ensure the presence of a negative sign on the keyboard? I use the framework of Cordoba.

For a cord, the keyboard is determined by the type of input. I believe that on most devices using tel type, you will have an option for characters such as a negative sign.

Example:

<input type="tel">

tel , , . tel , , .

. tel, .
