Get real face size

I am developing an iOS application where I want to get the size of a custom real face so that I can offer him / her suitable (matching) measuring glasses.

I detected the user's face using OpenCV and got various sizes of eyes, nose, face, etc.

But I need the actual size of these sizes (i.e. in millimeters , which I get in pixels).

I searched a lot, but could not find a solution that matches my requirement.

Does anyone know how to calculate the real size (i.e. in millimeters) of someone's face?

Thank.
