Activity spins by itself and returns to normal in android 8.1

Question

My application works fine for all versions of Android, but I noticed that in Android 8.1.0 (Oreo), when I go from the screen from portrait activity to landscape activity, and when I click the button, it shows abnormal behavior.

The screen automatically rotates from the landscape and returns to its normal state. Activity seems to be rebooting.

The following are the actions that are defined in the manifest file.
