Cannot open Android device monitor, always displaying error

I need to start the monitor of Android devices, but when I open the monitor of the Android device, you will see a warning:

I tried reinstalling JDK, an Android studio, but there seemed to be no change. In addition, I tried to start the monitor as an administrator using the terminal, but got the same error log. I am using a MacBook, studio Android 3.0.1, and I have installed Java 9.0.1. please help me launch my Android device monitor to show my SQLite database or any other way to check it.
