Time Zone Rules Changes

Question

The State of Florida has approved the Sun Protection Act , which eliminates the DST in Florida.

What changes do I need to make to my .NET code so that it does not get the wrong answer when converting UTC DateTime to Florida local time?

You do not need to make any code changes.

.Net gets timezone information from Windows. Just upgrade Windows. Microsoft will release an update before the law takes effect.
