Does a processor supporting SSE4 support SSSE3 instructions?

I am developing a hardware platform that requires a set of SSSE3 instructions. If you look at a processor such as the Intel Atom® x5-Z8350, the datasheet says it supports SSE4.1 and SSE4.2. Will this software written for SSSE3 instructions allow it to function?

I believe this question is slightly different from this question, as it never explicitly says that SSE4 is a superset of SSSE3. He only says that AVX is a superset.
