Alert (Level: Fatal, Description: Decoding Error) - Proxy Server

I'm trying to make a forwarding proxy, but I keep getting

Alert(Level: Fatal, Description: Decode Error)

after sending by customer ...

Client Key Exchange, Change Cipher Spec, Encrypted Handshake Message

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

I can not understand what the error means. Does this initial encrypted packet by the client cannot be decrypted by the server? If so, why?

I just looked at the packages, and I noticed a significant difference between using my proxy and not using a proxy.

DFE key does not interact with my proxy.

You are not sending the exact amount of data that the proxy server should send.
