Where can I find user feedback in the Google Play console?

Question

When a failure occurs in the application installed through the Google Play application, the user has the opportunity to send feedback.

The user can additionally write a review to describe the problem that he encountered, and then send his crash report.

1. Is the user-provided written review available anywhere on the Google Play console?
2. Can feedback be related to the stack trace of the crash the user encountered?
