Import cumulative plugins from native applications

Question

in the past (somewhere around 8.4) it was possible to include plugins in the "hidden" application of the plugin to link to them in other applications.

As Andre stated, plugins can still be included in a “hidden” application, but plugins from a hidden application are not displayed to another application during development in the runtime of local cumulation tools.

In the old version of "cumulocity-tools" (version 2.0.26), the local development server detected all other applications that exist in the same parent folder during development server startup (command c8y server)

Is there a configuration option to enable this discovery?
