Vimeo: domain-level privacy: how to handle a video link if someone uses a verification web page and change the video id

Question

I plan to use Vimeo to host my educational video series, in which I want to limit certain videos to a specific user according to what kind of plan / course they have acquired.

After many searches, I came across one option in Vimeo to set "privacy at the domain level", so it will only play from my site.

But what if someone checks the webpage and changes the video’s own URL?

is there any way to handle this as if someone tried a lot of url changes, then he can see the video from my site, even if I set their privacy and security at the domain level.

In the near future, I want to use the same in my Android application so that the registered user can see the video that they allowed.
