Play Store only for Nexus 5 / 5x emulator

Question

When creating a virtual device in the Android studio, it is possible to select a configuration in which there is a Play Store application. In my case, this is only possible when creating a Nexus 5X or Nexus 5 device.

If you look at the screenshot, the Play Store icon will only appear next to these two devices. What about other configurations? Can we create them using the Play Store app or is it currently not possible?

I have the latest version of Android Studio (3.0.1) and Android Emulator (version 27.0.3).
