Creating a new Microsoft application password causes an error

Question

I created a new channel feed registration in Azure. From what I understand, for authenticate , I need the application identifier and password from the Microsoft application registration portal. When I make any changes and click "Save", I get the error shown below. This does not happen if I create a web application bot. Any input of this error will be appreciated.
