Receive a response twice each time in the skype channel

Hi, I work on bots and work great in the local bot emulator, as well as in bot channels.

Here my problem is that I use the bot application in skype, the answer comes from the bot twice every time, and the other channels work fine.

Can someone tell me how to solve the problem in bots?
