Rename the list of lists using a named list.

So, I am working with a list containing other lists inside, with this structure:

Each one SO:000XXXhas a name, and I can find the names using a function nodeDatathat returns a named list:

nodeData(g, nodes(g), "label")

I need to replace (or rename) the data in the list treewith the corresponding line nodeData.

For example, replace 'SO:0001968'in the list treefor coding_transcript_variantwith function nodeData.

This recursive function should do the trick:
